not much this week

Not much to report this week. So, here’s a top ten list of things I’m working on:

1. a new mystery


2. another new mystery


3. a different new mystery, in 3D!


4. I want to collect and organize everything I’ve written about Inherent Vice into a coherent review. Coherent enough to be listed in the “Reviews” section of the Inherent Vice wiki.


5. The Jan Sleet Mysteries, in book form. Coming sooner, or later.


6. Oh, and I’m doing character pages for Stu, Fifteen, and Christy. I was working on Fifteen’s page, but it turned out to be very complex. For somebody who’s never been a “major character,” he’s actually appeared in a lot of places and done a lot of things.


7. Hmmm. That may be it. Well, let me plug Josh and Imp, which is great. Best self-contained “comic book” story I’ve read since “The Anatomy Lesson.” Really.


8. And Venus Envy, which is updating again!


9. And Mindmistress and The Crossoverlord, which update quite regularly.


10. And A Sane Woman, which is a really swell book. There are still copies available, so order one now.
