I'll pursue that, but now I'm exploring lulu.com also.  Unfortunately they have different page sizes, so I had to reformat the file to 6\"x9\".  But that wasn't that difficult, and I uploaded the file and ordered a proof copy from them, too.<\/p>\n<p>So, we'll see what happens next.  One thing is that I'm sure I'm not the only person who saw the article.  It was the #1 most emailed article on the New York Times website that day (that's the only reason I even noticed it), and it was actually an AP story, so it showed up in many other places as well.  So, they may just be swamped.  But there is a difference between createspace.com, where I have to wait over a week for a response to an email, compared to lulu.com, where I logged onto the website and was immediately chatting with someone who answered my questions.<\/p>\n<p>So, we'll see where this goes next.
